About Me

I am a retired Leadership Development facilitator and love to hike and ultra trail run. I recently undertook the 200 hour program wth an interest to learn more about Yoga and as part of my personal healing journey from recent the loss of my daughter.
The community I learned with and the teacher provided a very healing and transformational experience for me. I am full of gratitude and am motivated to take what I have learned and share it with others so that they may find their own peace and well being through their own journey.
