About Me

In 2019 I completed the 12 week MBSR-X programme through The Mindfulness Centre in Oakville which changed my life. Since then I have taken several courses, including Advanced Principles and Practices of Mindfulness certification through McMaster University's Continuing Education. I am also half way through a two year program of Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program through Berkeley University's Greater Good Science Center.
