About Me
I am originally from Missouri, USA and I moved to Montreal 6.5 years ago. I began practicing yoga 8 years ago upon meeting and studying with an Iyengar-trained yogi. I continued practicing regularly since and when life became challenging and I lost passion for my career, I began a yoga teacher training. Since then I have done other trainings and I have become very passionate about the yoga path and practice. I am very motivated to develop personally and yoga has played a big role in my own growth. I have done other trainings and certifications in other practices, but yoga will always be my main offering and interest.
