About Me

Yoga is a huge part of my life. I am honoured to have the opportunity to share the profound wisdom of yoga as a teacher. I'm looking to do more teaching in a training and mentoring environment, which is why I'm looking to be officially certified after all these years :) I've taught over 1500 classes, and have over 800 hours of training. I'm also looking forward to doing more training with Mandalora Institute, so I feel like this is a good step to take now.
