About Me

Loving the outdoors, the mountains and hiking has been a passion of mine for several years. I have been an Educational Assistant in a school setting and I was looking for something to keep me active when I decide to retire from the school system. I love going to yoga classes and I thought yoga teacher training may be a fit. It was and I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Shonna and Kendall. It has prepared me on my next journey in life. I offer yoga sessions as well as yoga and hiking in the south western Alberta area.
