About My Service

I am a trauma-informed, certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and a somatic practitioner, mind-body coach (120-hr certification). I work with clients 1:1 and in small groups. Classes that I teach include somatic movement, therapeutic yoga, hatha, restorative, meditation. I am also trained to work with people who have brain injury (Love Your Brain). I offer workshops in somatic resourcing and self-care and teacher training in yoga therapy.
