About Me

I have been practicing yoga myself for 12 years and integrating it into my Physiotherapy practice for the past 2 years. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, learning new languages and inspiring other people to live and move better.

About My Service

Yoga for kids of various ages with a variety of diagnoses and orthopaedic conditions. I work as a Physiotherapist with children and use yoga techniques and 1-1 and small group classes to use yoga as a therapeutic modality.
