About Me

I'm from Barbados and have had Yoga around me my entire life. My best friends mum is a yoga instructor so I am very familiarized with observing teachings far before I began my own personal practice. Additionally, I work in a real estate office in Ontario as their administrative assistant while completing my final year in my degree program.
