About Me

I’ve been practicing yoga for about 15 year, initially pre and post natal yoga and more fitness based, then more trauma focused after a serious motor vehicle accident 13 years ago in which I sustain multiple injuries including a traumatic brain injury. Yoga truly healed me. I took a 350h training to deepen my own practice and ended up teaching it. I focus more on the restorative and therapeutic aspects of yoga because in today’s society I observe this is more of what people need. I am a mother of a teen and a young adult, and I’m also a personal trainer and a triathlete.
