About Me

I teach since 2013 Qi Gong meditation and Yoga. In 2014 i started teaching ascension yoga as well ans since then i have been teaching this is my job, i love helping people to feel better overall as well in their body, heart, head and spirit. For me it is not a job but my vocation. I have follow lots of workshop and training over the years.

About My Service

I teach structure and slow pace Hatha yoga, ascension yoga and Qi Gong a form of movement and meditation. I teach in person, in studios, parks too.

I teach Qi gong and chair yoga on zoom.
