About Me

My home is on the lovely Muskoka river and I am inspired by nature and the changing seasons. I have taught classes for all ages and abilities and encourage everyone to make the poses their own. This empowers people to stay with yoga and its rewards, instead of struggling to achieve a posture that is beyond their reach (aging, injury, chronic pain, etc). Despite living in a very small community, I have a large following in my classes, which brings me much joy.
