About Me

I am a new teacher and am very excited to begin teaching at HotShop in Calgary, AB! I have gotten my training for my 200hr YTT as well as 100hr Yogalates training via the hotroom in spring of 2022. I love challenging yoga classes and hope to bring those forward as a teacher!
