About Me

I graduated from Jai Yoga Studio in Coquitlam, BC, in August 2023. I teach Hatha, Gentle Flow, Yin Yang Yoga, and Vinyasa for Vancouver Corporate Yoga. I also teach online via Zoom. I love helping people connect with their body and soul through the practice of Stillness and Movement.
