About Me

I'm a lawyer and I took a leave from work to start a business as a yoga teacher. Yoga is such a wonderful tool of wellbeing and I want to share and teach it to people who needs it the most : The seniors because to bring them to create movement in their body and to breath fully. The children to make them learn as soon as possible to take conscience of their body, breathing and emotions, to help them gain a better concentration and attention.

About My Service

I mostly teach begginer and intermediate classes to adult from 18 to 60 years old. I also offer classes kids and their parents.
I plan to teach yoga in elementery schools in my area (Charlevoix) and also offer chair yoga sessions in senior's residences.
