About Me

I'm a lawyer and I took a leave from work to start a business as a yoga teacher. Yoga is such a wonderful tool of wellbeing. I want to share and teach it to people who needs it the most : The seniors to bring them to create movement in their body and to breath fully. The children to make them learn as soon as possible to take conscience of their body, breathing and emotions, to help them gain a better concentration and attention.

About My Service

I teach begginer and intermediate classes to adult from 18 to 60 years old. I also teach chair yoga sessions with seniors and kids and parents yoga classes.
I plan to teach yoga in elementery schools .
