About Me

I am in recovery from alcoholism, having found sobriety in 2014. Ayurveda, in particular, Yoga of Recovery, was instrumental in my continued health. I then, discovered Hatha and continue to learn and love to share and exchange knowledge.

About My Service

I enjoy teaching grounding classes rooted in Hatha. I often incorporate Ayurveda in the practice and cater to my classes' needs.
