About My Service

I teach an array of yoga classes from restorative, Hatha and vinyasa. My favourite type of class to teach link movement to the breath, a combination of Iyengar with Ashtanga. Yoga has been such a healing journey for me, I am honoured to be able to teach this craft to others.
