About Me

I have been a massage therapist for 8 year now, own a mobile massage business as well as work out of a physio clinic in windsor park. I work with a variety of different people of all ages and mobility/health conditions, with a good number of them being of retired age.

About My Service

I would like to offer entry level asana classes geared mostly to the older community, though I am still exploring exactly what I would like to teach in my classes, I expect I will be doing very slow beginner classes with a number of modifications and chair yoga options.
