About Me

I have been practicing yoga for 17 years. Eight years ago I started practicing aerial yoga and loved it so much that I decided to take it a step further four years ago and get a teaching certificate. The school of my choice, the Flying Yogi was offering Suspension yoga and I liked this style just as much. I completed 50hr Suspension Yoga Teacher Training and 200hr YTT. I mainly teach suspension yoga and plan to continue my training towards 500hr RYT.
Last year I enrolled in Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Aerial Yoga Academy. I just completed the training and received my 250hr Aerial Yoga Teaching certificate.
