About Me
I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Teaching, certified as a MBSR practitioner, Yoga Instructor, a Reiki practitioner and I am deep flow therapist, I currently work in the nonprofit sector for 25 years working with individuals who are impacted by social issues. I am looking to transition out (retire) and start my own business.
