I love so much teaching, i love to help people feel better in their bodies and on their mind. I love the fact that yoga is for every one, every body type, every gender and every ages.

About My Service

I teach hot yoga at Idolem. I live to teach beginners class or basic posture. I also teach more active class that target the abs and the core. Il love active classes like Flow ou power.
