About Me

I'm a long-standing yoga practitioner who has taught at local studios and led yoga for private hiking groups. The last 12 years I have taught out of my home studio and at my community clubhouse. Continuing education includes ashtanga retreat in Thailand and 5 weeks in India at ashrams in Verkala and Rishikesh.
