About Me

I have been a school teacher for over 30 years. I have seen an increasing need for providing kids with tools to cope with big feelings and busy minds. I acquired my 100-hour children's yoga training in 2020 and my mindfulness certification in 2021. I have incorporated both yoga and mindfulness into my teaching practice at various elementary schools.
