About Me

I am both a qualified Yoga teacher and school teacher and I am passionate about creating a relaxed environment that promotes ease, acceptance and love of learning.

I was guided to Yoga during a particularly difficult and stressful period in my life and fell in love with the grounding and balancing effect of Hatha Yoga. i have had a regular and consistent personal yoga practice since 2015. I remain committed and passionate about my own yoga practice as a tool to stay balanced, energized and present in life to the fullest. After graduating from the 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2021, I have also successfully completed yoga continuing studies courses focusing on Yogic Lifestyle, Pranayama and Bandhas.
