Yoga dream
2026 01 04 I am starting a new yoga class in a few weeks at a new location. Last nigt I had this wonderful dream of a new class at an outdoor setting. not the one my new class is beginning.
It was a wonderful setting and experience. At the beginning of the class, I instructed everyone to begin with a practice of their own. People did, and I moved through the group giving indivdual assistance. Clients were also coaching each other
