Myofascial Release for Mobility

This 6-session series provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release, along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion.



WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

-Gain a basic understanding of Myofascial Release (MFR)

-MFR techniques for your neck, shoulders, hips and legs

-How to use it for yourself & teach it to your students



INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

-Six 30-minute sessions with information on the anatomical structures addressed and MFR techniques for those areas

-Homework after each session so you can experience the techniques in your body and teach them to your students, as applicable

-Access to my on-demand MFR classes so you can experience the techniques from a group class perspective

-A supportive instructor who will answer any questions you have during the course via email :)
