Pilates Mat Certification 2024
In January 2024 I began my journey to become a certified Mat Pilates Teacher. I did my studies through Liberty Movement School in Toronto. I got my certification on June 16, 2024. My studies were not in Yoga specifically but because Pilates is a mind/body exercise it was time well spent in training. My hours of study and class time were well over 100 hours.
