Yoga - Mindfulness Certification Program 20 Hrs.

In this course I learned about Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation and how to differentiate between the two. Through Mindfulness you learn the importance of recognising stress; developing an understanding about the effects it has on our daily lives health, and well-being; and learn how to work with the stress in our lives, for the best outcome. The guided sessions help to learn about mindful movement, physical, and through our breath, in our yoga practice; and the importance of being aware how mindful eating and communication can improve our quality of life.
