80 hour Chakra Immersion
80 hours of Chakra education.
Spent a week at an Ashram learning about the different chakras and the asana, cleansing techniques, tantras and mantras go with each one.
Currently working on a 7 month chakra cleanse with daily morning sadana. I have to experience yoga to teach yoga.
