Up to date knowledge and practices to increase spinal stability, mobility, endurance and well being.
Course offered by Yoga International in collaboration with Dr Stuart McGill and Bernie Clarke.

The principles taught were applied to 3 yoga practices focusing on spinal strength,mobility and endurance.

A focus on anatomy and biomechanics of the spine were discussed.
