Through a playful and fascinating exploration of your own multi-dimensional anatomy, you will develop your expertise to confidently communicate your knowledge of the human body to your students. Discover creative modifications and alternatives to traditional postures that can be shared in class or in private sessions. Because our energetic bodies are intricately linked to our physical bodies, we will explore the anatomy of breath, chakras, and the subtle energetic systems. Through the Iliopsoas Release Technique, students will develop resiliency toward stress. Learn to optimize your own energy, keep yourself and your students safe, and provide the most beneficial movements to open, strengthen, relax, heal, and energize the body, mind, and heart.
