I taught 22 classes in October including Subbing for Jennifer here at the Lindsay Recreation Complex. It is fun to teach someone else's class and teach in a way they would teach because it is different than my regular formats. My own practice was focused again on meditation and the happy hip series . I have been doing some extra strength training for my back because I have had shoulder pain and numbness going down my arm. The tightness due to teaching fitness and Yoga and doing so much deep breathing actually was tightening my scalene muscles in the front of my neck that it was causing the numbness. Every injury and pain causes more awareness. I pass that knowledge on to my students.
