Marigold SHiNE Program
As a new yoga teacher, I had the opportunity to participate in the Marigold SHiNE Program following the completion of the YTT 200 hour Certification Program at BLiSS Ann Green Yoga Studio. Under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Yoga Teacher at the Studio, I planned, reviewed, implemented and reflected on, and received feedback on 21 yoga classes - from January to May 2018 - which started with observation but quickly led to full teaching of the class. Planning, reviewing with mentor, class set-up and clean-up, teaching, reflecting and receiving feedback are estimated at 2.5 hours per class for a total of 52.5 hours of continued education.
