The Vagus Nerve and the 3 Diaphragms of the Body
This 3-hour online workshop with Dr Ginger Garner focused on the connection between the laryngeal, respiratory and pelvic diaphragms and linking them with the bhandas. Dr Garner discussed various ways the 3 diaphragms interact and how to keep them healthy. This workshop also included a 45 minute pranayama session. The online workshop was completed in December 2018.
