Completed an online course hosted by Gary Kraftsow, the course went in-depth to the psychological and mental symptoms of anxiety and how to apply yoga asanas and pranayamas to help relieve these systems. Focusing on Brhmana and Langarha energy and which asanas and pranayamas invoke those energies and when to use them
