In November I thought a total of 29 classes. Just typing this number makes me shake my head. It is no surprise that I ended up sick as well as exhausted with little time for my own practice and meditation. I did the difficult work of saying no. As a fitness instructor and personal trainer as well as the main Yoga Instructor, I have had to make some changes for my health and longevity as an instructor/teacher. Self practice was limited to 15 minutes a day at best.
