Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available we cover standing, seated, and prone postures. It is ideally suited for folks who for one reason or another cannot participate in a more traditional yoga class. It is very helpful in deepening flexibility and mental alertness and with the aid of a chair, many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation can be performed.
