Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
Beginning level aerial yoga techniques including, hip openers, deep stretches, forward and back inversions, strength & conditioning, cardiovascular exercises, heart openers, back bends and stretches, deep relaxation techniques opening warm-up sequences on the Zero-Gravity Aerial Yoga Hammock. You will learn how to sequence a class that progresses into tricks & flips. Learn safe and effective spotting techniques, how to evaluate and what to watch for with clients of varying abilities. Inversions and restorative postures.
