In September I taught 13 classes in Lindsay at the Recreation Complex where I work. One class was covering for an instructor who was away on a Saturday so I got to brush up on my Power Yoga moves. I also did my second day of the Senior Fitness Instructor Course through the Canadian Centre for Active Aging which was 8 hours plus homework. I have been a Senior Fitness Instructor for 18 years but this is all up to date Canadian Government standards and based on research done at London's Western University. Much was review but I learned so many new things and seniors doing Yoga with me will benefit by my new gained knowledge as will I.
