In May, I taught 21hours of classes at the Lindsay Rec. Complex. I also covered a Pilates class for a colleague and made it a fusion of Pilates and Yoga which was very fun. I also did 4 One on one sessions with a client at my gym. Very rewarding experience.On the 29th of May I started a Senior Fitness Instructor Course through the Canadian Centre for Active Aging(Western University). Although this is not a Yoga course it will give me valuable knowledge of Seniors as it relates to my Yoga Class Participants who are ever aging as am I. The day was 8 hours. 2 more days in the fall to go.
