School Info

We have been a yoga teaching school for the last 7 out of 10 years we have been open. We offer a successful program, from which we offer ongoing mentorship and employment.
As the director of the school, I have studied with senior teachers in the Ashtanga methodology, including 8 trips to India for further study.
I hold a certificate for teaching Yin yoga as well and recently completed a 10 month Ayurveda practitioner course.
We offer many classes in a supportive environment that is inclusive and active in promoting equity and standing up against racism in our community.
