Our programs provide a balance between guidance and space to deepen your intuition while learning how to do the same for others; a quality that enhances all aspects of our life.

Certification Programs Include:

Meditation; Yin Yoga; Pre and Postnatal Yoga; Yoga for Children; Yoga for Active Aging and the 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification program as well as the advanced 300-Hour HathaYoga Teacher Training certification program (coming soon).

Integration
As you know, the integration process is gradual. Practice and study bring experience and just as our own yoga journey unfolds in a unique manner, the way we share this beautiful practice is also unique. Our intention is to provide the space and knowledge we all need to further experience the richness of yoga and therefore, the richness of what we can individually share.

The journey is the goal and we have arrived!
The way we see it, yoga is not about becoming or transforming, it’s about remembering and embodying.

In a nutshell
Our program is as much about you the practitioner as it is about you the teacher.

Although traditional in its essence, the program is designed for the householder and offers modern teachings in relations to anatomical principles and in terms of the gradual development of asana practices as well as by offering realistic, practical and integrative implementation techniques for an optimal experience.
