School Info
Trubliss Yoga is Courtice, Ontario's Premiere Yoga Studio. In operation since March of 2013 Trubliss Yoga feels yoga is for everybody and every body. We ask our students to always honour how they feel while being instructed in a class and we advise our student teachers to do the same. Teaching traditional yoga poses for different levels of students is a must during the teacher training process.
