Our yoga teacher training programs provide you with the highest calibre of training. Elevate your practice, create confidence and gain personal insight while learning how to guide others. Any level from beginner to experienced can attend our programs. We offer many scheduling choices and hybrid options to fit your lifestyle.

Yoga Sanctuary Academy is a safe space with a positive environment. The first thing we work on is the beautiful combination of building your skills and building your confidence. Our biggest flex is winning together and creating an environment where others thrive too. Our 200hr Deepening Your Practice and Learning to Guide Yoga Teacher Training course has graduated over 1500 people in in-person trainings! We offer a 300Hr Yoga Therapeutics, Advancing Your Practice module based training that includes, Restorative, Yin, Art of Assisting, Trauma Informed Yoga for Mental Wellbeing, HypnoZen, Yoga Nidra, Kids to Teens, PreNatal, and guest faculty offering different modules annually.
