School Info
YogaRevolution Institute of Yoga is a professional yoga education school based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, offering comprehensive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs rooted in Vinyasa-style yoga.
Our approach integrates classical yoga philosophy, intelligent sequencing, functional anatomy, breathwork, meditation, and trauma-aware teaching principles to support both personal transformation and professional readiness. We emphasize yoga as a living practice that is embodied, accessible, and responsive to modern students and real-world teaching environments.
Training at YogaRevolution is delivered through an in-person immersion model, allowing for direct mentorship, experiential learning, and meaningful teacher–student connection. Cohorts are intentionally kept small to ensure individualized feedback, hands-on practice teaching, and a supportive learning environment.
Our Vinyasa methodology prioritizes safe alignment, mindful transitions, adaptable sequencing, and inclusive instruction, preparing graduates to teach confidently across a wide range of bodies, abilities, and settings. Alongside physical practice, students engage deeply with yogic philosophy, ethics, self-inquiry, and the responsibilities of teaching with integrity.
YogaRevolution Institute of Yoga is led by experienced educators with a combined 40+ years of education experience, bringing academic rigor, compassion, and practical insight to every aspect of the curriculum.
We are committed to graduating teachers who are grounded, informed, and embodied. Teachers who understand not only how to teach yoga, but why.
