School Info

Strong Mama Spirit is a continuing education school located in Québec. Our programs aim to complement the existing training programs in the region by addressing what we observe as essential market needs. We offer programs that focus on the technical aspects of yoga teaching, encouraging instructors to deepen their teaching techniques, alignment skills, and appropriate vocabulary according to different types of classes—essentially, the art of teaching.

Our programs also include specialized training in yoga for women. With our lead instructor who has over 25 years of experience in the field of wellness and yoga for women, we are confident in our ability to offer yoga that is appropriately tailored, along with all the necessary nuances for a safe and healthy practice for everyone.
