Course Outline

Anatomy & Physiology-30 hours
Our training covers key aspects of anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga practice. You'll learn about the skeletal system, major bones, joints, and muscles, as well as different types of muscle contractions. Dive into the nervous system, understanding responses like flight, fight, freeze, and fawn, essential for creating a supportive environment. Explore how yoga influences the cardiovascular, endocrine, and digestive systems. Understand the respiratory system, including muscles affecting breathing, voluntary and involuntary breath, and safe movement biomechanics, with a focus on identifying contraindications for optimal practice.

Study of Asanas
