School Info

Our school of yoga teaches the foundations of the practice with respect to the traditions, history and philosophy of yoga and through the lens of science, informed by current research in movement and meditation. Our 200 hour training training is meant to help individuals really learn to teach by focusing in our set sequence "classic" practice which is a hatha style training.
This training can be followed up with a 100 hour sequencing training which will develop vinyasa methods.

- Understanding the anatomy classic postures
- Anatomical cueing and cueing for different bodies
- Understanding common compensations and modifications

4. Physiology & Neuroscience
- Breath mechanics and the power of breath

5. Deeper Dive - Yoga Philosophy
