School Info

Our mission is to train, equip, resource, and empower yogis from all walks of life into their unique purpose; and to live out their most successful and purpose-filled life! YOGAFAITH offers specialty trainings that begin at the 25-hour level, all the way up to a 1000-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma. We are the only faith-based school accredited with the International Association of Yoga Therapist in the world. We have an annual Canada YTT every May with Lead Trainer Monette Benjamin.

Course Outline

Our standard 200 hour teacher training:
75 hours: techniques, training & practice: includes asana, the subtle body, various styles of meditation
30 hours: anatomy & physiology: includes asana, kinesiology & biomechanics
30 hours: philosophies, lifestyle & ethics: includes exploration of theology and philosophy, and leadership/business principles and ethics
65 hours: methodology, professional development, & practicum: includes business development
