Afresh Yoga Academy is a registered yoga school (RYS) of the Yoga Alliance. RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an internationally recognized yoga teacher training course. It is suitable for participants who are interested in becoming yoga instructors or yoga enthusiasts. Our RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course aims to share our knowledge, skills, and tools, cultivate more ideal yoga practitioners, and empower individuals with aspirations. Even to become excellent yoga teachers in the future. Our goal is to guide the students to build healthy self-confidence, hold a passionate learning attitude, and lead them to take the first step in the long learning journey of yoga.
Course Outline
RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course has a total of 200 hours of Classroom Lecture, contents across 4 Core Curriculums and 12 Competencies. It includes basic theory, exercises, discussion, practice, and application. Students can understand and learn yoga from various aspects and points of view.
A. Techniques, Training, Practice – 83 Hours
• Asana: Kriyas Yoga, Postures, Surya Namaskara Sun Salutation the series of Poses
• Pranayama & Subtle Body: Bhramari, AnulomVilom, Kapalbhathi, Ujjayi, Bhastrika
• Meditation: Chanting, Meditation
B. Anatomy & Physiology – 35 Hours
• Anatomy: Human physical anatomy, Anatomy Principles to Yoga, Energy anatomy
• Physiology: Human Physiology, Physiology Principles to Yoga, Energy Physiology
• Biomechanics: Biomechanics of Yoga
C. Yoga Humanities – 32 Hours
• History: Yoga History, Traditional text study
• Philosophies: Yoga philosophies, Yoga Nutrition
