Nicol McColl RYT 200 hr is the sole proprietor of Saat Lune Yoga studio. Nicol's common law spouse, Mike Martin is also a RYT 200hr. He teaches Yoga classes along with Nicol. They offer 12 classes scheduled different times of the day to accommodate those who work, are retired and have children. Yoga Stretch and Restore, Yoga Flow, Kundalini Yoga and Power Yoga classes are offered. Nicol is certified in Transcendental Meditation and Reiki. Nicol, teaches Meditation sessions and provides Reiki treatments in the studio.
